At Falak Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the jewelry is in its original condition and packaging (no return if opened or worn). Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return as well as any items that include piercings(earrings).

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

1. We do not accept returns for earrings or any items that have been worn or opened, due to hygiene reasons.

Once your order is confirmed, please allow [2-3] business days for delivery within the United Kingdom. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

4. Is there an option for expedited shipping? Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. Our standard shipping services ensure the safe and timely delivery of your jewellery within the specified timeframe.

6. Are there any additional fees for shipping? No, for orders within the UK, shipping is completely free. You won't incur any additional fees beyond the listed product prices.

8. Do you offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses? We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Kindly provide a physical address for smooth order delivery.
